Quality management

We are committed to Quality

CELE products and services are aimed at meeting our clients’ needs and requirements. To this end, the Quality Policy is monitored by the Management level to ensure its continuity, suitability, and effectiveness, as well as its correct adaptation to CELE products and services’ scope and nature.

We are committed to continuously improve across the company’s hierarchic organization through the development and maintenance of our Quality Control System (QCS), which meets all of the UN-EN-ISO 9001:2000 Standard requirements. All processes are monitored through Procedures, Objectives and Results, and verified by an Internal Audits system carried out by independent entities as well as an annual Management review.

The company objectives are set by Management and will be communicated to all managers in the organization who, in turn, will comprehensibly transmit them to their subordinates. Quality Objectives may arise from internal audits, regulatory changes, individual client requirements, or improvements within the organization. All Quality Objectives will be duly documented and reviewed. The objectives should include reducing incidents with our clients, reducing defects, introducing initiatives to improve quality, and further train the staff in quality Audits, among others.

Our procedures ensure the compliance of all quality requirements needed for a systems optimization. Employees are required to comply with all procedures aimed at improving the quality of our products and services. Possible negligence will be strictly addressed and may result in disciplinary action.

The development, training, and understanding of all our staff are vital for the optimal System maintenance.

The Quality Management System’s ultimate responsibility is the senior staff, although every member of the organization is responsible for Quality. We acknowledge the importance of the Quality Management System by appointing a representative to it to act as Quality Management Director (Mr. Francisco Mesquida), who holds responsibility and authority among all system elements.

The company Management is responsible for providing all appropriate means to carry out this Quality Policy. This Quality Policy has been promoted by CELE Managing Director and communicated, understood, and implemented across the organization by making it available to all across the company.

This Policy is available to any public or private interested party and has been approved by CELE General Management.

All our work is done in compliance with the ISO 9001 standard, on which we are certified, after having approved the corresponding audit.

Upcoming certifications

Currently, CELE is in the process of certifying for the Air/Space Standard (EN 9100). This standard will enable direct access to consolidated and closed projects from clients within this market segment. This certification will take place within four months approximately.
